Find the vertical Scope wins in, with demos on your calendar every week.

You want an order of magnitude more discovery calls so you can find the vertical that works and go all in. Here's how we'd run it for the next 90 days.

The goal

What done looks like at day 90.

Demos

Qualified founders and ops leads on your calendar every month, so you run the discovery yourselves.

Data

Reply and demo rates per vertical, per segment, per angle. Enough to call a winner, not guess one.

Direction

One vertical you go all in on, plus the exact message that wins it, ready to reuse on ads and landing pages.

Month 1: three verticals, side by side

Starting hypotheses built off your three pages. Each vertical gets split into segments so we learn who inside it buys, not just whether it works. Companies under roughly 25 to 50 people, and we go straight to the person who can sign.

Agencies

client reportsauditsdecks

Who: marketing and performance agencies, roughly 10 to 75 people. Split by agency type (paid media, SEO, full service) and size.

Angle: account managers lose every Friday to client reports. Scope builds them from the ad accounts and drops the deck in Slack.

Ecommerce

store opscampaignsrevenue

Who: Shopify and DTC brands with a small ops team. Split by revenue band and by who runs ops (founder vs dedicated ops hire).

Angle: the stuff that breaks at 9am and nobody notices till noon. Order emails, checkout errors, campaign numbers.

Back office

adminreportingreconciling

Who: bookkeeping and accounting firms, plus finance and ops leads at 20 to 200 person companies. Split by firm type and size.

Angle: recurring reconciling and month-end reporting handed off, finished, and checked before it lands.

Plus: verticals you haven't thought of

breadth over depth

You'd rather have 5 demos across 5 verticals than 7 in one. So on top of the three, every month we add niche verticals from our own data. We send you the list as a doc before kickoff, you review it async, no extra meeting.

Pick a plan

Two volumes, each with an optional fast start. Same process, same guarantee.

RECOMMENDED FOR 3+ VERTICALS
Growth
$3,200 / month
  • 100,000 emails a month
  • 3+ verticals tested in parallel, segments inside each
  • 15 qualified demos a month, guaranteed
  • Month to month, no lock-in
Growth Fast: + $1,500 one-time. First emails around day 3 on pre-warmed inboxes, instead of day 15. First invoice $4,700, then $3,200 a month.
Starter
$2,000 / month
  • 30,000 emails a month
  • 2 verticals at a time, fewer segments each
  • 7 qualified demos a month, guaranteed
  • Month to month, no lock-in
Starter Fast: + $750 one-time. First emails around day 3 on pre-warmed inboxes, instead of day 15. First invoice $2,750, then $2,000 a month.

The guarantee

If we book you fewer qualified demos than your tier in a sending month, we refund the difference for every demo we missed. Example: 14 of 15 on Growth means $213 back. Zero booked means the whole month back.

What we need from you for it to hold: work with us in the shared Slack channel, take each demo within 48 hours, approve copy within 48 hours, tell us the moment something looks wrong, and invite our note taker to your demos so we learn from every call without you writing anything up.

What counts as a qualified demo: a company in the vertical and size band we're testing that month, a decision maker who can sign matching the persona we pitch, who said they're interested in talking, booked on your calendar.
